Automatic indexing
As soon as an article is published and actually reachable, we send an indexing request to Google through the Indexing API — no submitting URLs one by one in Search Console.

Google refused (403): the connected account isn't a verified Owner of the site in Search Console
Nothing to remember: the request goes out as soon as a post is live. Drafts are skipped, since Google can't reach them anyway.
Each article keeps its request status, when it was sent, and the reason if it failed — for example, the connected account isn't an Owner in Search Console, or the daily quota ran out.
For any article that failed or was just updated, resend the request from the Indexing tab on the All Posts page.
Connect the Google account that is a verified Owner of your site in Search Console — Google only accepts indexing requests from property owners.
Every article that goes live publicly is followed by an indexing request to Google. Google's default quota is 200 requests per day.
Check each article's status and resend any that failed. Note: a request helps Google find the page sooner, but Google still decides for itself whether to index it.
