How it works
AI Brand Visibility works two ways: writing brand-new articles, and finding + rewriting pages that are already losing traffic. Here's exactly what happens at each step.
New content
Starts from a topic or keyword you give it — ends with a fully drafted, on-brand article waiting for your review.
Step 1
Pulls real search volume, difficulty, and "People Also Ask" questions for your topic — or works directly from keywords you supply yourself.
Step 2
Groups related keywords into content pillars by search intent, so you get an editorial plan — not a random list of one-off articles.
Step 3
Checks what's already ranking for the topic, pulls the questions real searchers ask, matches your knowledge base and products, and suggests internal links — then builds a structured outline grounded in your brand persona.
Step 4
Writes the full article from that outline, then automatically checks length, banned/cliché phrases, and question coverage. It retries itself on failure and flags anything it can't fix for your review — nothing skips this step.
Existing content
Starts from your real Google Search Console data — ends with a prioritized list of pages worth fixing, and a rewrite ready for review.
Step 1
Pulls real 90-day performance data for every page on your site directly from your connected Google Search Console — not an estimate.
Step 2
Scores every page on three real signals — click-through rate below what its ranking position should get, "striking distance" positions (4–20, close to page one), and clicks declining over the last 30 days — then ranks which pages are worth fixing first.
Step 3
For each flagged page: pulls real internal link suggestions and what's ranking for that topic today, then drafts a new outline, meta title/description, image plan, and call-to-action — or just a sharper title and description if the content itself is already solid.
Step 4
One click rewrites the page — grounded in its own existing content plus whatever today's top-ranking competitors cover that it's missing. Same quality check as new articles. Lands as a new draft; your live page is never touched until you approve it.
Every draft — new or rewritten — lands in Review Drafts first. Nothing publishes to WordPress until you approve it.
