AI Brand Visibility ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it when you use our platform at aibrandvisibility.online.
Account information (email, hashed password, workspace name); the client information you add (domain, website URL, industry, brand voice, products/services); Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 data for websites you've explicitly authorized via OAuth - only what's needed to show reports and find content opportunities, never your email or other personal data in your Google account; WordPress publishing credentials (an Application Password) if you connect auto-publishing; your credit top-up transaction history (amount, time, status - not your card/bank details, which payOS handles directly); the content you generate (articles, keywords, product catalog); and usage data (activity log, job history) to operate the service.
To operate and provide the platform's features (content generation, SEO analysis, reporting); to process payments and manage your credit balance; to send account-related emails (signup confirmation, security notices, traffic-drop alerts if you enable automated monitoring); and to improve the quality and reliability of the service.
We do not sell your data. To operate the service, some data is processed by the following third parties, only as needed: Google (Search Console, Analytics, Indexing API - strictly within the scope you've authorized); OpenRouter and the AI model providers it routes to (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity) for content generation and analysis - content/keywords you enter may be sent to these services for processing; payOS to process VietQR payments; Resend to send transactional email; your own WordPress site when you choose to auto-publish; and our infrastructure provider (Render) for server and database hosting.
We retain your account and content data for as long as you use the service. If you delete your account, we'll delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where the law requires longer retention (e.g. payment transaction records).
You can access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. You can disconnect your Google account at any time from Settings. Contact us using the details below to exercise these rights.
Our site uses a login session cookie (required to sign in) and Google Analytics (to understand how visitors use the marketing site) - we don't use third-party advertising cookies to track you across other websites.
We apply reasonable security measures (password hashing, HTTPS, OAuth authentication) to protect your data. No system, however, is 100% secure.
This service isn't directed at users under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or on the platform.
