These terms apply when you use AI Brand Visibility at aibrandvisibility.online. By creating an account, you agree to the terms below.
AI Brand Visibility is a SaaS platform that helps plan, generate, and optimize SEO content using AI, for Vietnamese businesses and agencies. The service connects to Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and WordPress at your choice.
You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be 18 or older, or have the consent of a legal guardian, to use the service.
The service runs on a prepaid credit model, not a recurring subscription - no auto-renewal, no recurring charges. Payments are processed via payOS (VietQR), in VND. Unless required otherwise by law, credit top-up purchases are final and non-refundable once credits are granted to your account. Credit pricing and packages may change; the price at the time of purchase applies to that transaction.
You agree not to use the service to generate content that's illegal, infringes copyright, or is misleading or fraudulent; to connect a Google or WordPress account you don't have legitimate access to; or to attempt to interfere with the normal operation of the system.
You own all rights to the content you generate through the service. Every article sits in a pending-review state before publishing - you're responsible for reviewing and approving content before it goes live, unless you've explicitly enabled auto-publish for a specific client.
The service integrates with Google, WordPress, payOS, and AI model providers. We're not responsible for the uptime, policy changes, or interruptions of these third-party services.
The service is provided "as-is", with no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Google Search Console data carries roughly a 2-3 day lag, per Google's own limits. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.
You may stop using the service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
